Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Elazar account and all data associated with it at any time, in either of two ways. Deletion is complete and permanent: your profile, birth chart, conversations with Elazar, memories, dreams, tracked people and energy balance are all erased from our production servers and cannot be recovered.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

Profile → scroll down → "Delete account" → confirm. The account and all data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email (no app required)

Send a request to support@elazar.app from the email address you signed up with (or include the name and birth date on your profile so we can identify the account). We confirm deletion within 30 days at most, usually within a few days.

What happens to backups

Data is erased from production servers immediately. Copies remaining in periodic backups are fully erased within 30 days at most. Records we are legally required to keep — for example accounting records of transactions — are retained for the period prescribed by law, separately and without the spiritual profile.

What about an active subscription?

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store — you must cancel it separately in your Google or Apple account settings, or billing will continue. We recommend cancelling the subscription before deleting the account.

Partial deletion and export

You may also request deletion of specific data only (for example chat history or dreams) without deleting the account — at the same email address. You may also request a copy of all the data held about you, in a machine-readable format. Full details of the data we store are in the Privacy Policy.
